We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases if the item has been shipped due to the product being a medical device. 

Faulty Product
All products are inspected as part of quality control to ensure you receive the best product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can issue a replacement.
